On March 27, an interactive hands-on training seminar was started at the Bunyodkor television complex in Tashkent under the leadership of Marius Dragomir, director of the media center at the Central European University of Hungary. It is organized by the National Association of Electronic Mass Media with the assistance of the UNESCO Office in Uzbekistan and the financial support of the British Embassy in our country.
The main goal of the event, which will last five days, is to enhance the professional skills of journalists in creating social videos on the topics.
Participants in the training seminar are 14 creative and technical employees of state and private television and radio companies of the republic, preparing talk shows and social videos on this topic.
Executive Director of the NAEMM, Jamila Nurjanova, in an interview with the correspondent of Uzbekistan Today noted that the association systematically increases the knowledge and experience, professional skills and creative potential of young journalists of non-state media by conducting educational events, organizing media camps, webinars with experts and international coaches.
In particular, last year more than 40 seminars and master classes, several webinars with the participation of various international coaches were held, foreign internships for talented and creative young journalists and TV operators to exchange experience in the media with the world's media brands were organised.
